I went from Jillian Michael's 30 day shred to slim in 6, so slim seemed REALLY easy! I was sneaking in Jillian's moves to get a better workout. It was very good for beginners, but if you want to see results you have to push a lot harder than what Debbie has you doing. She says do "as much as you can" and "take a break," but that takes away from the effectiveness! You really just have to keep going and push harder when you're tired, that's "when it counts" according to Jillian.
im sore June 25, 2010 violinista (Idaho) I like this workout. it is easy to follow, and it is short (start it up is 24 minutes). it gets easier each time. i might get bored if i did it every day-- but 3-4x a week is ok. i get out of this workout what i put into it.

i've been doing slim in 6 for almost 4 weeks. it's pretty intense. the fact of changing the workouts every week tricks your muscles into burning more fat and increasing your metabolism. i personally love these workouts. they are very intense and takes alot of energy and time, but the results are great. i can see my waist, legs, and upper body sculpting out very nicely. make sure you stretch before and after due to the soreness of your muscles. it's motivating and challenging.
