This stretching system has helped my condition (Plantar Fasciitis) but not completely cured it. That being said....I don't use it faithfully as I should so that's probably the reason! I cannot complain about the product...it is my commitment to doing the exercises on it that I should be complaining about, lol.

I started running barefoot using the Vibram Five Finger "shoeless soles" and started having achilies pain in my left foot/ankle, so I researched solutions and found this product on the internet then made my purchase on Amazon after a little comparison shopping (both product and price). It's very easy to use and sure does provide the stretch in the entire ankle & calf area. I now use it regularly on both feet/calves and so does my wife (who still prefers to run with traditional shoes). I'm still adjusting to running barefoot, but this product has helped shorten my stretching and it's a deep stretch.

This product provides a deep calf stretch - a deeper stretch then I can get from a stretching on a stair or likewise. I had developed some fairly painful knots in my calf while running. I am a casual runner - 20 - 25 miles per week. I had originally used this device at my gym, and sprang for the $30 to have one at home. I have very tight calf muscles, and this little piece of plastic does the trick! It positions the foot in such a way, as to provide a great stretch.

I have very tight hamstrings and heel cords. It's difficult for me to do a proper hamstring stretch without this little device. It allows me to stand up straight and still get a good stretch in both my hamstrings and my heel cords.
